Ecocycle has just commissioned the largest materials recycling facility in the North West of England.

Covering over 5 acres of brownfield land earmarked for industrial usage, the Ecocycle facility can process over 150,000 tonnes of waste per year.

The ambitious project is set to transform the waste services industry in the North West, offering convenient and rapid waste disposal to local authorities and business.

The plants primary goal is to sort and collect as much recyclable material as possible from commercial waste for direct supply back to industry.

With an investment over £2 million, in cutting edge plant and machinery Ecocycle is focussing on maximising operations with a view to further expansive within the first 18 months.
